LLP Incorporation Steps

1.Get DSC(Digital Signature Certificate for designated partners) involves 2 phases, viz : buying DSC and installing DSC

2.Reserve your name

1. Home > MCA Services > LLP Services > RUN-LLP (Reserve Unique Name-LLP)  .RUN-LLP has to be filed with a fee of Rs 200. ( https://cleartax.in/s/mca-reserve-unique-name )
   
   
2. Run Auto check to make the name is not already applied/ registered
   
   
   
   
3. Proceed to payment till you get Payment confirmation Page
   
   
4. In some cases after payment confirmation may not be shown. In that case go to Home > MCA Services > Track SRN/ Payment Status,
   
   
   
5. Enter Dates and submit. You SRN Number and link to Payment Receipt will be shown
   

3.Submit FiLLiP(Forum for incorporation of LLP)

1. Home > MCA Services > e-Filing > LLP Forms Download
   
   

    

2. Fill the form and prepare the annexures to send to CA/CS/ICWA/Advocate
3. Form certified by CA/CS/ICWA/Advocate and Digitally Signed by a designated Partner. This form also contains application for DPIN of 2 Designated Patners https://learn.quicko.com/din-dpin-application-process

4.Submit LLP Agreement, sample1 , sample2

5. Apply for LLP's PAN and TAN(Tax Account Number)

6. Apply for GST Registration

7. Open Bank Account

8. Trade License from Local body
