Remove Attachment :
Open, save, or delete an attachment

To open the Attachments panel, choose View > Show/Hide > Navigation Panes > Attachments.
In the Attachments panel, select the attachment.
Click the appropriate icon to open the attachment in its native application, save the attachment, or delete it:

TOOLS >> Certificates >> Digitally sign
